About the product

HOT-COLD THERAPY - Compress bags directions: For cold therapy place pack in freezer for 1 hour, for hot therapy microwave for 30 seconds (room-temperature pack) or 1 minute (frozen pack). Use light towel or fabric barrier between skin and the pack. DON'T put packs in freezer for more than 3 hours to avoid it being too frozen and DON'T microwave for more than 1 minute or it can burst.
